There are few things that I cannot do once I decide to.
Decide: to determine or settle something in dispute or doubt
Decision is a very powerful and integral step in achieving any goal or dream. The decision to begin again. The decision to push forward despite the odds. The decision to win.
Anxiety is often caused by our inability to DECIDE but once you DECIDE that old ways are no longer working for you; Once you DECIDE to make a change, You will come to realize how much peace follows that decision.
It comes down to trusting your inner authority enough to know what it is that you need and don't need. You have the answers within. Don't allow outside forces and opinions to dictate that which aligns with your soul.
You already know what to do.
Know thyself.
